I know I may be biased as a photographer, but I truly believe first looks are one of the sweetest, most intimate moments during your wedding day.


1.) You get the sweetest, most intimate moment of your wedding to yourselves.

Perhaps this is the reason most couples do this, to have something during their wedding day that they do just for themselves. It is a beautiful moment and I have never had a couple regret it.


2.) You can share gifts and private vows

While you could do this without seeing each other, there is something about looking your partner in the eyes when you promise them you will always be by their side for the rest of your life.

You're getting married to your new permanent adventure buddy. This is exciting and new and wonderful, but it's also someone you know and love and trust.
